Goodbye, Mr. Willie by Innocentium Goodbye, Mr. Willie by Innocentium
Discovered in a gutter, Willie was the recent victim of the road. He came to us as a very young stray, & grew to be a wiry, underweight cat. The other cats made a frequent habit of pestering & chasing him off whenever possible. Even the chickens chased him off.

I'm admittedly saddened by my lack interest in the cat when he was alive.

I've submitted a fairly recent picture of Willie, one in which he appears downcast.

I wanted to put forth some sort of tribute for an animal that deserved better. Goodbye, Mr. Willie. :(

Philosophically, it’s priceless; in realityit is not : the irony of life. :(

My chubby cat Moo Moo kinda abandoned me, I believe because of his younger brother Token, whom he seemed to dispise. I recently saw him and was lucky enough to indulge in a petting session with him. He had mats in his fur, ear mites, and a strange lump on one of his tits. When I attempted to bring him home, he took off at a fast wobbly trot, into some nearby bushes. I haven't seen him since.

It really sucks when you feel like you could have done something but didn't or couldn't.

Mr Willie's tribute will live on. Just keep him in your heart.

Aww. What a pretty cat :( Some of the best and most loving animals are strays that randomly appear in you're life.

I understand now. :)

In the past I've had cats die by cars, but never any runaways.
